I am thin I am not fit please tell me something about it.
You need to have balanced diet which comprises of carbohydrates, proteins,fats, vitamins and minerals in every meal. Don't skip any of the meals. Have plenty of water (at least 8glasses per day. Sleep for at least 7 hrs. And also do dome activities.

You need to increase fibrous food content in your diet. The amount of water should also be increased. Atleast 8glasses of water you should consume. Feeling hungry after 3-4 hrs is normal. There is no harm in that but have healthy foods.

Firstly Mam there is no diet that will reduce fat from your thighs only as the body use the stored fat when it requires and from any part of the body.It will be better for you if you do running along with balanced diet.
