Hello, i'm an average guy 20 years old weighing 52 kgs, which is not an appropriate weight as per my height. Despite of exercising daily I am not able to gain much weight. Also i've tummy problem which is constipation. Other reports about blood and urine are normal. Then too why i'm not able to gain weight? Please suggest me some diet plan according to my conditions stated above to get bulked up.
