Aap ka information bahut is general hai, usame blood glucose level, HbA1c%, unaki dava aur dosage, diet details, roj ki exercise ke bare me koi jikra nahi, in sab cheejonke bina mai koi bhi salah de nahi sakata hun. It is better if you give following information: Fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, heigh, daily exercise, dietary pattern, dosage of drugs being taken, BP reading, Lipid profile, Hemogram and creatinine level.
