I have constipation problem and relevant problems since almost one decade. I have been taking KayamChurna and other equivalent natural & ayurvedic medicines but it is not 100% solving my problem as I am monitoring. Can you please suggest me for the best Herb in Ayurvedic which is best for Constipation, Acidity and Gas related problems. And which I can take on regular basis. Because Kayam Churna I can not take on daily or weekly basis as it gives lot of pain in my stomach. Please suggest me for the permanent and optimum combination of herbs which I can take for life time. Awaiting for your reply as quick as possible.

Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods, junk foods, oily meal, drink plenty of water. Take digestive meal. Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp. Livoluk 10 ml at night. Tests for constipation. Stool c/s, examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An x-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take.
