Why there is no perfect answer for HIV test, few people says Window period is 3 months, few says 6. Few says 10 years. Naco,cdc, who all these govt bodies tell 3 months is ok. Then why there is misconception and misinformation? If its not known then what is the use of test? How can someone facing anxiety get rid of this? Ia oir medical field is not so advanced that Can not give sure answer?

Window periods by definition can be different. For finding HIV test is positive or not it's 90 days after exposure. Getting symptoms after infection can be from several months to several years.
