My life is not good and my thinking & attitude is not at all good. I feel depression, hesitation and fear all the time. I don't know how to live happily and peacefully. I am trying to motivate myself and watch motivational videos and quotes. Those helped me to manage for short period of time. I want to live happily and achieve what the best I can. I used to feel suicide phobia and thanks for those doctors helped me in Lybrate come out of it. Now I am looking to concentrate on my life growth. I feel good attitude makes difference. I am working in IT sector and earning a small salary and I want to do agriculture and set up some agriculture based business. Kindly help me. Thanks and Regards Ram Manohar 34 years Male single.

First of all you need company of either friends and/or Life partner due to which there is vaccum in your life that only a life partner can fill up. Secondly you should keep communicating (that is 2 way process). Be more Assertive rather than Aggressive. You need to practice what you have read in your motivational books and then you will be able to see gradual changes coming to you for making you feel more Confident in all areas of your life.
