If husband's blood group is A+ and wife's B-, can they make a abnormal baby? Answer please.

If the baby's blood group is also negative there will be Rh incompatibility between the mother and baby. In the first pregnancy there will be no problem. But in the subsequent pregnancies if the baby's blood group is negative it may effect the baby.
