Mera health bohot down ho raha last 4 month me 6 kg down ho gye, kela or shud khub khata hu fir bhi koi fark nhi parta body par Maas nai aata. Kya mai gym join kar sakta hu, or dite kya kya honi chaiye. please help me.

Hello, You need to increase your daily food intake to gain weight in a healthy way. Try to eat something healthy after every 2 hours. Besides a healthy breakfast, add an extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add sweet dish after meals. In between have foods like cheese sandwiches, milkshakes, dry fruits, peanuts, namkeens, idlis, dhoklas, aloo chaat, paneer tikkas, boiled eggs, juices, etc.
