For the last month I had been feeling tired with hot flushes. A few days back I found my bp to be quite high, in the range of 140-100 for the upper level & 100-110 for the lower level. I immediately took atenol 25 on parental advise but have discontinued, took a couple of ecosprin as well. My gp has advised me to take telma 40 which I am doing for the last 2 days. I do not smoke; rarely drink but suffer from hypertension & irritable bowel syndrome. I do mild workout thrice a week & walk 3 kms everyday. Kindly advise.
