Hello I am 22 year old male. I don't want to hide anything so I will mention everything about my background and details so it can help you to answer me. I am highly sexually active since last 5 years i.e. I lost my virginity at age 17. Since then I have been having sex on regular basis mostly 2-3 times a week, during exam I don't have sex but during vacations I have daily. I have multiple sex partners, as of now I have 7partner with whom I have sex on regular basis. In this 4 are mature women elder than me and 3girls of my age or younger than me. Women includes 1) long distance relative (married)-age 34 2) married woman from locality-age 28 3) a widow women -age 29 4) divorced neighbour-age 26 Girls includes 1) my girlfriend-age 21 2) my college classmate-age 22 3) someone really young female- age 16 Since last week I am facing a little problem in making my penis erect quickly and even if it gets erected I feel little pain in the middle portion of my dick. Pain is not severe but I can feel it when the dick gets erected and I am having sex. I have also noticed that I am not able to ejaculate as much semen as I usually ejaculated. I also do not feel like having sex regularly. My energy levels are low. I am not able to do my workouts with the same enthusiasm as I usually did before. I want to have sex but it is as if my body does not want it. Is this pain due to the anatomical structure of my penis? I have read in recent question that it does not affect sex but l want to bring to your notice so you can help me. My penis is 4 cm straight when normal but when it gets erect it size increases to 18. 4 cm and bends towards left by a considerable angle not only that it also gets curved towards left like a banana. While having sex with my partners, sometimes I feel really awkward because of that shape but I do not pay attention to it and try to avoid those thoughts. Sometimes my partner complaint about my penis size being too large and it pain them too if I thrust fast or harder. Give some solution to it. Is my pain in penis due to this regular sexual activity or because of my penis's anatomical structure? Or it is due to some other factor? Will this pain go away by itself?
