I have been 19 years old but there is no best improvement in my physical state. My weight is 37 kg .and height is 4 feet 8 inch. Sir. How I can get a perfect weight and height. And I also want to go in ARMY for. please help me sir.

Hello, to gain healthy weight, try to have 5 -6 frequent meals instead of only 3 heavy meals in a day. Try to eat every 2 -3 hours. Include dry fruits, milkshakes, rice, rajma, chole, pulses, eggs, paneer, cheese sandwiches, sweets in your daily diet. Add an extra chapati to your meals. Drink 8 glasses of water.
