Start taking more proteins in your diet. Seafood. Seafood is an excellent source of protein because it's usually low in fat. White-Meat, Poultry Eggs, chicken ,Lean Beef if your vegetarian kindly include milk n milk products, beans, Soyabean, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, quinoa, rajgira, chia seeds, spirulina in your diet. To regulate your periods include at least one product of soya in your diet like soya milk, soya chunks, tofu, soya flour etc. Please check it should not be genetically modified. Include pomegranate in your food. Have spruts, nuts n seed to regulate your hormones. These food will improve your hormones n you ll start feeling better after regular consumption of these food n your sleep will also improve due to these.
