What are best breakfast for early morning before going to gym at 6 am. I am taking only a cup of black coffee before 6 am, s gym Please tell me about breakfast before and after workout.

You may take milk or banana or other fruits.also brown bread and butter.. Then some oats also good.. ...... but at least before 1 hour of exercise.... After the workout you should take a heavy meal...
