Hi, I had a possible exposure, started pep with in 30 hours. I completed pep 28 days regularly. 6 weeks and 12 weeks Anti HIV ag / ab combo negative. Cut off 0.18 and 0.16. My question is pep may increase the window period? Or else may I take this as final report???

Pep will not increase the window period. You can do ELISA TEST FOR HIV after 90 days of exposure. This is 99.9 % accurate and conclusive.

PEP do not increase window period HIV test is only answer you have 2 option you can confirm at 6 month by simple test you can confirm now by special test.
