I got slip disc from past 2 years my neuro surgeon said it was mild and will shrink by itself. At first pain was unbearable but now it occurs very less specially before my periods. I also got joints pain before my period suddenly some or other joints start paining I always suffers from frozen shoulder I am not diabetic it start before my period and end by taking pain killer and cold massage. My doctor said it was nothing just a deficiency of calcium please help and suggest some best life style tips.
