I am of 30 year old. My weight is about 62 and height is 175 cm. I remain in stress because of my hectic job and the pressure of work. I am losing my weight. I did not smile or relax from last 3 years. How can I reduce my stress level. I can't feel good before sleep because of the anxiety of that next morning is also the same. I see bad dreams every night. I am married and I have all the responsibilities so can't leave my job. Suggest me what can I do to get rid of stress.
