Try doing pranayam for at least 20 mins in the morning which relieves stress or do 1/2 n hr walk daily. Also watch some comedy shows like Kapil Sharma to divert your mind from routine job. Also have small frequent meals rich in antioxidants, increase fruits and veggies and maitain a well balanced diet.
