I am 19 yes male. I go the gym and do weight training regularly. Hovewer I am noticing that I am getting skinnier and losing weight. Weight training helps in adding muscle and gain weight. However it is becoming exactly opposite for me. What to do?

Hello, It is working opposite because the diet you might be following is inappropriate and is not helping anyway to develop muscles. Understanding the fact, that muscle building or getting toned needs more disciplined diet and it has to be prescribed by a dietitian only. Get in touch with me online for the apt diet.
