Hello send me your all investigation reports if it is available. Its probably due to lumbar and cervical disc prolapse. Till then follow these advice to decrease pain and stiffness- 1- avoid twisting of back. 2- avoid heavy lifting. 3- avoid squatting position. 4- use western toilet. 5- wear shock absorbing, good quality shoes. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your neck not under your head while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises before getting out of your bed. Will explain you stiffness and pain reducing exercises in the next session. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.
