Sir My sugar level is 140/290. I take glimisave M1 tablet twice daily. I take antidepressant for anxiety and depression. My sugar levels causing me indigestion gases pain in legs back and erectile dysfunction .i want to get ayurvedic treatment for sugar and indigestion.

Hello lybrate-user - Diabetes is a metabolic problem. First you follow anti diabetic ayurvedic diet and lifestyle properly. It's also help to cure indigestion. Do regular yoga. Take jamun-gurmar-neem powder or capsule regularly. Because of neuropathy sometime pain present in diabetes patient than take panchkarma treatment on regular interval. Ayurved medicine madhunashini vati -ajmodadi churna - medha vati -chandraprabh vati - triphala churna - panchkarma treatment are very helpful for your problem. Hba1c - pathological test check in every 3 month and send reports.
