I am 25 years old and I am having pain in hands specially in joints like wrist elbow & joint of shoulder & stone has told me that I am having internal fever due to which my nerves r weak even I ve get it done xray of wrist but there was no any such problem in xray can you please let me know what's exactly the problem that I am having & how can I make it gud.

Your pain in multiple joints are may be due to many causes like-lack of sufficient vitD3, uric acid ,thyroid or arthritic changes etc. Pls consult to an endocrinologist & orthopaedician followed by physiotherapist if required.
