I drink (once in two to three days) and smoke (5-10 piece a day). Recently I vomited after drinking and got blood. It was not in drops but not very much. I am concerned as in what checks should I do. Now I am having little pain as well in stomach(in spikes).

It is most likely a sinister sign called hematemesis. Even small blood vomit should not be neglected. Drinking alcohol as you say also falls under dependence. Consult a gastro for blood vomit and psychiatrist to stop alcohol. All the best.
