Suggest diet plan vegetarian diet which does not include smoothies, malai etc. Can not munch on raw veg & fruits in the name of diet.

In a diet plan you should eat every 2-3 hour but not heavy meals. Take good in breakfast and lunch and avoid taking dinner. Breakfast-oats upma, oats chilla ,sooji chilla, besan chilla, veg sandwich. Take fruit in mid day snack. Lunch. Take full diet .include dal, paneer, sprouts ,salad, lassi in diet with roti in evening you can opt for dry fruits but in limit. Dinner: take papaya ,milk, corn flakes. Avoid sugar, salt after 6 pm. Do workout for 40 minutes daily.
