I am a 69 year old male. I have got operated for hernia (Right side above groin) a month back. I also have piles. Sometimes the piles give me pain. It very rarely bleeds. I apply proctocedyle ointment. Kindly advise me what antiseptic drug I should take for the inflamed piles. I do not want to get operated for another year or so. I have no allergy to any drug. In case there is a better ointment for application please advise that also.
