Hello, Please ensure you are gaining weight in a healthy way by eating 3 main meals + 3 snacks. Ensure you are eating high protein sources such as eggs, milk shakes, curd, paneer, boiled pulses, fish/chicken etc. Drink at least 2 glasses of milk and 2 cups of curd daily. Snack on nuts, dry fruits and fruits such as banana, apple etc. Ensure you are also drinking at least 2-3 liters of water daily without fail.
