I use to eat chicken and mutton. But left eating it for last 7 years just thinking it is not good for health. Now I feel like starting to eat chicken mutton again, I want very clear answer weather it's harmful for health? My age is 52, I have as such no health issue, I don't take any medicine for anything, my bp remains at around 150/90. Expecting a personalized answer at the earliest.

Sir you seem to be over wt for your height. Also your BP is in the higher range for which you need to go on a low salt diet regular walks and may be a low dose medicine if it remains this high. Regarding non veg you can start- but only chicken or fish/ no red meat like mutton. That too not more than 2-3 times a week - cooked in low fat. You need to lose some weight too.
