You can using chia seeds, flax seeds powder in your food like in curd or salad etc. Chia seeds have to be soaked in water for some time before using it.
Have soluble fibre like oats, almonds and some walnuts in small amounts. Also gond katira can b soaked in water and had with milk or just water itself.
Most important go for long brisk walks to help reduce cholesterol.
