Hi lybrate-user, supplements are not needed. However, rely on healthy protein sources such as oats, broken wheat, millets, milk, curd, nuts, boiled pulses, eggs, fish/chicken etc. Do not go for commercial protein supplements as they can load your kidneys. Please also drink at least 3 liters of water when you are on high protein. All the best!
