I'm now 21 but my weight is 45 kgs, (height 5.8 ft). I am going to gym since last 2 months. Can I take any protein? If yes pls suggest any quality product.

Make sure your diet is proper. Instead of going for some protein supplements, prefer natural foods. Only protein will not help, you should have a well balanced meal for healthy weight gain.
