Doc, I have been suffering from lower back pain since 3-4 years now. It is not persistent. If a different kind of pressure is faced by my back, the pain starts and remains for some days. Last time it started on 30th June and was there for around a week. Now again 2-3 days back it has started. I am really clueless as to what has happened since even the Xray shows everything normal. Please help me and give me some advice. Any exercise? Or how should I have my sleeping posture? I won't be able to pay money and ask more questions. So please do try to give maximum help possible in your reply. I seriously need help. Looking forward to your kind revert. Thank you.

You may have back muscle weekness. You should go for strengthening exercises under the supervision of physiotherapist and sleep on flat and hard surface only. Drink plenty of water.
