Does over masturbation cause premature ejaculation. I masturbated for 5 years basically once daily. But I never had sexual intercourse before. But some time back I have a relation with my gf for the first time in my life for that time I ejaculate in a minute. And our foreplay is quite long time and after some day we had intercourse again in that time I more than one minute but not for long time. Now when ever in masturbate. It also reduce the time of ejaculation than before. Now I have pe on masturbation also. Does it by weakness or anxiety. I am really stressed about I am not fulfil her desire. please help should I stop masturbation. And am a overweight person. And ldl levels are high. I am very depressed does I harm my self. please suggest me.
