You have to take regular medicine for your raised sugar level and regular sugar monitoring. Do regular yoga and exercise. Avoid carbohydrate rich diet e.g. Potato, wheat, sugar, rice etc. Salads, roasted green gram, butter milk, mixed flour chappati, these are certain food items good for you.
