Hello lybrate-user The results are suggestive that your liver needs a quick detoxification. The liver is the organ which deals with fat metabolism and cholesterol levels which in turn puts a pressure on the kidneys. To avoid further changes please do the following Avoid- fried foods, fatty foods, meat especially mutton, pastries, Maida items, salt (try to reduce it), cashews and groundnuts, coconut Take- foods rich in fibre like cabbage, sweet gourd, bottle gourd, carrots, beetroot, spinach, dry fruits like almonds, dates and figs, citric fruits like watermelon, oranges and lemon Homoeopathy medicine nux vomica 200 along with Echinacea mother tincture taken once daily evening will help detoxify your body.

Dear lybrateuser, - Your stated values are normal or only slightly raised which is not of significance & with balanced diet & exercise will come down - for cholesterol follow some precautions: - have a diet rich in fibre including fruits & vegetables, whole grains instead of refined grains , lentils, pulses, beans, sprouts, peas - have soy products, avoid fried, processed & junk foods. - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, yoga, deep breathing.
