Some times I am suffering from heart pain even still I am in 20 years old. What should i do?

Dear Lybrateuser, - At your age your pain could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary habit - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk food - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 5-6 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals, do not lye down for at least 1-2 hrs after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion - to rule out any cardiac problem do ECG, echocardiogram - do regular exercise like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, yoga & deep breathing for 10-15 min daily morning - take tablet Pan40, 1 tab half an hour before meals - consult a doctor if not much relief.
