I am 29 years old I am suffering to lower and upper back pain since 1 year I took pain killer I took muscle relax medicine but not improve .I take x rey but not seen problems in my back side upper and lower .I check also uric acid but result is good .what can I do sir I am very worry in this mater.

Hello Lybrate user. U haven't mentioned about your working. Nature of job, hour required for job. How is your posture .most of time faulty posture is responsible for pain, muscle spasm and leads to taut band, locally trigger point's to muscle .pain killers only helps temporary. Awareness of faulty posture, correction of faulty posture, stretching exercise n strengthening exercise are key to manage this kind of pain. Meanwhile start doing hot fermentation to locally painful areas. Consult me personally online for whole guidelines including posture n exercises.
