This mildly high creatinine is suggestive of nephropathy, which is a complication of diabetes. You need to treat her urinary tract infection with antibiotic suggested by urine culture and sensitivty. Avoid excessive use of pain killers, nephrotoxic drugs. Controll diabetes strictly Consult a Nephrologist for guidance so that further damage to kidney is avoided.
