Yesterday, I had lunch at hotel and then it started with loose motion in afternoon, and then in the evening I got fever with body ache and shivering. I took paracetamol 500 mg with ibrufen 125 mg 3 doses since yesterday to now. But still I have fever and heavy head and irregular stomach ache. Kindly advice appropriate medicine.
