Moderate High B.P since 2001 Severe high B.P since 2014. Took Amtas 2.5 mg up to 2008 then Amtas 5 mg till 2015. From 2015 started fluctuating B.P upto 160/100. Found 60% heart blockade in angiography creatinine increased from 0.8 to 1.4 and then in 2016 to 1.7. Now for last one years it has not increased. B.P is also 120-130/80-86 but with high medications. olmesartan 40 mg twice daily .telmisartan 40 mg with beta blocker 25 mg once daily. I am now having constipation since last six month. I take dulcolax alternate day. I used to smoke 30 cigarette a day and two 60 ml whisky. But for last 18 months stored totally. How to reduce medication.
