hello mam , take luke warm water before and after meals. take luke warm water with lemon juice with honey . take high fiber diet. take plenty of water . take plenty of fruits. avoid oily foods, fried foods, junk foods, potatoes, rice, sugars, sweets, egg yolk, . do walk daily.

Early morning everyday try to take mint and coriander juice which helps in detoxifying and losing weight also. Water intake should be more. Slowly start doing some abdominal exercises at least for some 15 to 20 minutes which helps in reducing your tummy.
