My daughter is two years 6 months old. I want to introduce oats for breakfast in her diet. She has paediatric constipation. What's the maximum quantity that I can give her to keep her stomach filled for 3 hrs. She will join play school from next month. Can I give bananas with it?

Hello lybrate-user! Oats are easily digestable I give that to my daughter when she was below 1! Banana also will not harm! I this kind of climate start with small quantity of banana to avoid cold! Always start with small quantity and keep incresing afterwards! You will judge the quantity according to her need! Tc.
