Sir my age is 23. I was hyperactive since childhood and was good in studies. Then I developed attention disorder which I think might be was because of having lot of knowledge about different subjects. Then I developed a knack of repeating things while studying and failing to get placed caused I think depression which led to insomnia. Then I took stress about this and even after engaging in regular jogging I failed to improve my insomnia. Now it has taken a toll on my brain as well as heart as I am always ruminating about these situations. Not able to study and enjoy even seconds of happiness. I have a back pain too which I suspect may be cause of my insomnia. I do not know what to do kindly help as I now have financial constraints too. I am staying at delhi.
