Hello, Regular exercise is the best way to reduce extra calories and sugar from the body. Avoid taking sweets, sweet products, pottao rice etc. These contains large amount of carbohydrates which is bad for those have blood sugar. Take kalajamun fruit or the powder of its seed mixed in water daily. Drink lots of water. Check your blood sugar after 15 days of following above mentioned things, if the sugar still persists in blood then internal medication is needed. Contact for any detail.
