Dear lybrateuser, - Tea, coffee contains caffeine which can cause some side effects on the body like restlessness, headache, acidity, insomnia - if you have any such effects then reduce intake, normally 3-4 cups could be fine - can have other fluids mainly, water, coconut water, juice in place of it.

Hello, That is surely way too much to consume. Minimise to max 2 cups a day. Replace it with green, herbal, iced teas.
