I am 51 years old having height 6 feet 1 inch and weighing 69 kgs. I have diabetes, cholesterol and BP. I am taking diabetic medicine Trajenta 5 at breakfast & Volibo 0.3 at lunch & volibo 0.2 at dinner. After this My Sugar Fasting is at around 125 & Sugar pp at around 155 & HBA1C at around 6.2. For cholesterol I take Rojuvas 5 after dinner and my cholesterol level are well within limits after this. For Blood Pressure I take Esam 2.5 mg after which my pressure is at 110/75. I have a very good healthy and disciplined diet and I avoid sweets and junk food. I moderately exercise and walk to stay fit. My concern is that I look very lean & thin and if I walk & exercise I lose 2 kg weight very fast and become more thin. My hands and legs have shrunk and I want to put some weight to look better and feel confident. Please advise.
