Sir please hep me. Give me proper guidance. In 2009 I developed Jaundice. My HBSAG was positive. After 2 month it was negative. Till now it is negative. ANTI hcv negative. From then my LFT is elevated. My ultrasound scan is normal. My Fibroscan is normal. Fibroscan arfi value is 1.34m/s. Bt my blood test shows SGPT 84 and after 7 day it is 96. Now my platelets 1.54 laks. Hemoglobin 16. No sugar. I am not obese. No hypertension. My biluruin is always constant 1.4.sir why my lft is elevated? My problem is abdominal bloating and mild nausea. Sir please help me. What should I do? Help me plz.

Your USG report is normal which indicates that size and shape of your liver is normal, Your's Fibroscan report normal, that means there has no fibrosis, cirrhosis or cancer in your liver, your hcv and HbSAg both are negative, but your liver function test is abnormal, such as raised serum bilirubin, SGPT, (it could be Gilbert's Syndrome but there only conjugated bilirubin are high) and you feel abdominal discomfortness, your previous history was HbsAg positive. In this circumstances you should? take hepato-protective drugs and PPI+ Prokinetic agent (if required) under a gastroenterologist.
