How can I identify or diagnose if I have anxiety disorder or depression. I have had so many let downs and phases of negative feelings in life throughout. I consciously avoid thinking anything negative and past regrets. But some guilt and regret for not having achieved in life and not taken care of health just comes time and again though I resist. I was a consuming alcohol & smoking regularly. But stopped smoking completely and I drink alcohol occasional. I get a feeling of no mental agitation when I have alcohol. This I get even when I have a paracetamol or pain killer for illness. And even energy drinks like red bull or five hour energy gives me the same peaceful and non guilty, confident feeling. But when I done consume any of these for weeks or months I can't feel that peacefulness and confidence going. Is there any healthy natural alternative for these things. And does this mean I have depression n anxiety.
