I have started giving my daughter bhindi. She has constipation and has suffered from gastroenteritis. The day she has bhindi the next day she is passing a lot quantity of stool with stomach ache. Is this indigestion? How much bhindi should I give her in her diet? I am giving her at least 10 to 12 pieces cooked bhindi twice a day.
