I am suffering from herniated disc (L2, L3) by last 2 months. I complete medical treatment and physiotherapy treatment. Now I can walk without any difficulties but I didn't get relief from lower back pain. When I wake up in the morning I feel pain in my lower back and buttocks. How should I get relief from pain.
