Herniated Disc Questions

Hi I am 35 years old male last year I had fallen down and had some disc issue. This year I got x-ray done and it shows some small part of the bone was broken and it shows. I do not have pain while sleeping or walking. But when I am sitting for hours it starts to pain. Some have suggested me surgery. Your expert help would be appreciated.

Medicine doesn't cure a herniated disc, it may reduce inflammation and pain and allow you to begin an exercise program that can strengthen your stomach and back muscles. But we have to look into the details of the problem. Let's have a detailed discussion to Ensure proper treatment.

If the complaints are so severe as to undergo a surgery and the patient has been evaluated by a spine surgeon and he agrees that the surgery would help in resolving the symptoms, then it is obviously worth considering a surgery.
