Hello For that you should you just have to maintain now. Do not eat fast food. Keep eating times rehgular. Do not eat late night. Do not eat too much spicy. Do not eat rice items in night. Do regular exercises. Do not take any market suppliment for weight loss. Early morning 30 mins walk is most important. Revert back if more guidance needed.
