Glucose only provides energy. For bone growth you require calcium phosphorus. Milk n products, dals, ragi, egg are few sources of these minerals.

I am really not able to understand what you mean by" Can We Take 1Bottle Glucose In Hand Without Any Health Problem" Are you referring to taking a IV glucose saline? If that is the case, then it is absolutely unnecessary. 5% glucose saline is actually a spoons of sugar plus some salt in half liter of water. It does not give any benefit. In no way it adds to bone strength. If one is taking normal healthy diet, nothing is required. But if you want to really build your body strength, then do properly guided workouts in a gym, take extra protein diet (2 to 3 eggs a day). That is more beneficial. Thanks.

Hello, Glucose can only provide instant energy by crating insulin spike. It is, shortlived and does not make your bones, muscles strong. I would, suggest you to take healthy and nutritious diet to able to get positive results.
